RPW/Alutec pulley, cold air/short ram intake, exhaust and a higher octane tune should get you in the 200 range.  There are members here that know more on pricing from experience.

Sorry but there's no way your getting up to 200whp with a 4b11 cvt...4b12s can barely make it to 180whp with all bolt-ons and tune

Takeda SRI,  Custom Exhaust using 2.5" pipe and magnaflow, 89 or 91 octane with a Dyno tune, pronbably looking at grand all said and done (pulley, intake, exhaust, Dyno, 4G69 throttle body,+ little add ones through the mod)

I had an injen cold air intake that I got from autoanything.com, but really you can find good deals anywhere online.  People here have got borla/magnaflow kits for exhaust that can be found at the same place I have listed above.  (look for online coupon codes).  RPW is an Australian company and every so often we have group buys to get cheaper shipping prices.  After you get 100 posts the Marketplace section here becomes available to you as well and you can find a lot of great stuff for good deals.  As for tunes, save this for last and you can get these from various places.  There may be some members in your area that know how to tune also.  Or get a Tactrix cable and DIY (some companies will email you the tune and you install yourself).  All of this will get you better numbers, maybe not 200 whp but better than stock.

People have hit 195-200whp on 2.4l 4cyl sohc eclipse GS engines with stock internals. So, based off of physics and reality, you should be able to hit it on your guys dohc engine's with the right upgrades. I don't see how it would be possible. Focus on lighter wheels, front strut and lower tie bars, to help get that power to the wheels. And you could look into a lsd if they have them for you guys.

I agree. I thought itd be easier to get to 200whp. I've got SRI, TB, header, exhaust, pulley and tune and I'm at ~175-180whp. I'm going to be looking into port and polish next week and then retuning. With a little luch I hope to be at 200. And yes, there is an LSD which is on my list.

Not trying to discourage the OP just trying to save him the disappointment after throwing a couple grand into the car that I experienced.

You would probably gain a little bit with upgrading to a CAI over the SRI. For most applications it is better due to the colder air making it. and port and polish would be a huge help. btw, you said tb so you mean the 4g69 I assume. Proflow will actually bore those out to 67mm. The 6G75 tb is plug and play on the 4g69 engine, so I would assume it would be for you guys also, if you didn't want to go the proflow route that is.  Did you do the bypass? It seems minimal but definitely worth it. If they make manifold and tb spacers for you guys that would be a good addition also.  Heat wrap headers and exhaust if haven't already. Eclipses have an issue with just having a hot a* engine, so one big focus for us is cooling it down. I've went as far as removing some of the rubber housing at the bottom of the windshield to create a vacuum of air over the manifold.

Hmm, definitely something to look into, I didn't find any online, but it was a brief search. You could however contact RPW or outlaw, and see if they would sell you just the TB Spacer for 4g69 eclipse. If our tb fits your engine then naturally the spacer has too also.

Yeah one would think so. What kind of gains would you see with the spacer
