I just installed the RRM turbo, but thats still no where near 300. Next phase will be rebuilding an engine with better internals, but that isn't planned to be done for a while. Im going to need AT LEAST as much money for that project as I did for the turbo I'm assuming.

And then theres the whole, whether or not its worth it issue and such.

Dude, if you have the money to start rebuilding the base lancer engine to 300 hp, it'd probably be cheaper to by a used GSR and get an intake for it.

Eventually. I just don't want to void my warranty where its my daily driver. Plus I don't know if the tc-sst can take that much power yet.

To each their own, I like the $80 a month I pay on insurance for my car right now. And i can get the a motor to tinker with over time pretty cheap. Doesnt have to all be done at once. Besides the fact that Im in no way interested in the TC-SST. I like building stuff, its what I do. Not trying to impress anyone, or anything. When the time comes I may change my mind if I can find a good deal. Who knows. Nothing is ever set in stone.

For the record, the GSR is a manual, not TC-SST.

it is not so difficullt if i change the internals, the intake and boost it to 1.2 bar i will be over 300hp
but for now i have to install better brakes and cluch.. the only bad  thing is that even now at 245hp i have to do something with the transmition when i have 5th gear at 150km i think that i have 4th :o
i have to do something with that before i tune more :( :( :( :(
