turbo, wastegate,exhaust mani, intercooler, IC pipes, downpipe , BOV and yes i would include the minor parts like coolant lines

Honestly, since number one they are used parts. For all you are saying there, and you it seems you are not including the exhaust header (which you need for the RA turbo and would need to replace anyway to use an X turbo). I would say about $1000.

Over on  evom my bro bought ralliart turbo, turbo manifold, o2 housing, downpipe, intercooler, upper charge pipe, evo x lower i/c pipe & R/A intake pipe for a steal at $750 shipped ! with under 2k mi on it all
trying to find something to tune with??? kinda want to avoid the "piggyback 5th injector" thing unless it's the only reasonable option
if you wanna make $$ part the kit out on the bay, if your just trying to git rid of it anywhere from 700-1500 is fair depending on the mileage.
