Dude EF Hybrids. There so many other things that could come in to play to "Help/save" the World.

Go green yeah awesome but keep the cars away from hybrids. They hardly do anything for the earth anyways. Instead make the Diesel trucks (18 wheelers) or anything that pollutes the air into something else. Thats what really hurts the earth. Or maybe fix those power plants/ and other plants to where the dont pollute the air, instead using the gasses as another sort of power.

Hell Idk

Just keep the Cars that have made an impact on people the way they are, yeah change the body style and engine size etc.

Dont make it a danm Hybrid.

Shit whats next,
***Dont drive a gas car go hybrid/electric-done
***Dont wipe with toilet paper just use your hand and wipe it off on the grass to fertalize your earth.-Being done by many
***many more stupid things to come

ugh

Edit: HA another thing, all this go green and go hybrid shit is all bs anyways. If the Gov wanted to really make the earth cleaner, or USA cleaner they could. But they choose not too because money. They make all this hype of going green and what not so it stays a fab and people by these hybrid cars also. They want to target all people. So those freaks that just ride bicycles can now buy a car and help the economy. Yeah helping the economy is great but all this "were all going green" bs is just bs. lol

You know a hybrid car can still perform pretty well. Electric engines have 100% torque from the start while a gas engine needs to spin up to the correct RPM before getting the best torque. So if they design it correctly you can use the electric motors to launch and then switch to the gas engine to keep going.

The only down side is the added weight . . .

But I do agree that using a hybrid to go "green" is worthless! The batteries will cause more pollution in the long run. A plug in hybrid is also stupid because where does the electricity come from to charge the car up? There are still plenty of power plants that use coal/oil to generate the power people need.

Yeah just personally I couldnt own a hybrid lol even if it had a great launch.

But +1 its ridiculous you still use "not Green" parts to run your "GREEN" car lol... hypacritical for sure.

Yeah that is pretty crazy, but the 1 thing to know is that(and take it from an electrician), electric motors are very, very, very torque'y...its a 63hp motor but that could very easily make 200+ ft lb's of torque, and as it was stated from 0 rpm's it'll make its torque. The brutal acceleration will be damn near deadly. The price obviously will go up but...it probably wont be too much more than an MR nowadays...so 40k range. And a much smaller as bill?! Ill sign the dotted line right now. Plus the suspension controls listed will make some flat cornering, and great grip..with a little weight reduction it'll b a beast around any racetrack...oh yeah the the electric motor again always stays in the sweet spot corner exit power will be stupid...

I can't see this being a big seller in the tuner world. Sure its making big numbers but people will always want more power and how do you get that out of a highbrid?  Also if you push it hard and it breaks down what do you do? Parts are going to be insanely expensive to replace and it's not like you can fix it in your own garage. Sure theres no doubt about it you can get a lot of power out of an electric motor but will it catch on enough to sell thousands of cars and chances are at an insanely high price? Time will tell, but I know I would not even think to buy one even if it is putting out huge numbers.
