People have flashy colored cars because they want to be noticed...I am indecisive when it comes to color... but your right down side is cops notice it too lol.

whether or not you have a red or neon blue car or just black, cops tend to go for "tuners" or "racey" cars. If u have a yellow or red racey car then that's just a bonus for the cop. Because think about it, would a Red Chevy Malibu get pulled over or a Red Mitsu Evo

Lol for some reason comparing and Evo with a Chevy Malibu makes the situation funny  .  but yeah thats true too! but i mean i feel like speeding is a phase, i remember when i was 17 i didn't even look at speed limits i used to drive with the speed im more comfortable with on that certain road.

It is a funny situation. Plus it was random off my head haha. But my point was, the racey car that is red compared to an average car that is red will get pulled over probably 4 out of 5 times. And I don't speed because where I live in Socal cops are out and about way too often :/

Well it actually depends bro cuz if it was a red Chevy Malibu with 5% limo tint and 24" chrome spinners then its a different story lol

It has actually been documented certain color vehicles do get pulled over more that others .
They also used to charge more for insurance for these same reasons .

Sure thing! The rims are 18x8 40 offset. Motegi Sp10 in Hyper black with 225/40 tires. I am also lowered on Eibach sportlines, but should've went Coilovers as its not as low as I'd hoped. These pics are before I had my fog lights installed, I need some current ones.

are you planning on putting those GTS fangs in the front? I am an AS lancer as well and I am planning on getting the fangs plus rims this summer.. Where did you buy those rims if you don't mind me asking? I am going to start looking it up also to see if they have it available in black

Yes, that was my next purchase actually. I just am waiting a little bit for my bank account to cool off since I did hids/fogs/wheels/tires/lowering kit all at once lol.

I actually bought them from where I work. You can find them all over amazon, ebay and other vendors. They are available in the Hyper Black like I have or flat black. I almost got flat black, I think it would like great on our color.
