This woulda been nice to have seen after my car was repaired, before my wreck. The headlight they installed had a white turn signal, while my old stock one was orange. I had the only dichromatic lancer!
This is my signature. I currently have none. I hope you have enjoyed my non-signature.

Anybody in Socal have a bit of Niteshade I can borrow?  Haha I've been wanting to do this mod but I didn't want to buy an entire can of niteshade since I don't plan on blacking out anything else.

Plastidip works just as fine for this mod. Come out to one of our meets and we'll hook you up. Some of us did this mod in like less then 1 min :D

I have plastidip, but are you sure it'll work to spray directly on the bulb?  It won't melt the rubber coating or anything?

just spray like for 1 second, so that it wont cover the bulb with a full coat but most of it will be black.  And it wont melt i,t seeing as how those lights arent on except when using the turn signal. :D

or are they always on? i forgot haha

Haha I think I sprayed it on for a bit more than 1 second.  There's a complete black coat over it now hahahaha.  Hopefully the light shines through, if not, luckily it's plastidip, and I can peel it off and do it again :D

Just reinstalled the lights.  They're still VERY bright even with a thick coat over them.

Thanks.
