I think i've asked before, but does this drl bypass/relay harness work if i don;t have HIDS?

I have angel eyes and really wanna get rid of these damn drl's.

Thanks very much. If I need HID's, could anyone reccommend a set that would go well with this dr bypass/relay?

I see you everywhere, I swear. You on ISS aren't you? The day I bought my Lancer, I went on this Mitsu forum, forgot what and you were selling your CF hood cause your parents wouldn't let you keep it right? It looked tough though.

Lol. Yea, I used to be on ISS. I remember you even posted my car with my CF hood on like an official car ride thread. But that's a different story.

Yes, my parents wouldn't let me keep the CF hood, so I had to sell it.

I spent the day completing and testing each DRL Bypass w/ Relay Harness. They have all been tested and confirmed to work 100% upon arrival. I have a total of 25 sets available.

I've also been able to test and confirm that the DRL Bypass w/ Relay Harness I provide will in fact work 100% with non-HID stock headlights.


**Please take note: I will be going on vacation from June 20-27th. This transaction must be completed ASAP, to ensure I ship your DRL Bypass w/ Relay Harness before June 20.

^Judging from the pic, I would say there is no relay harness--But it's a little hard to tell. If you can spread out all the cables and take a picture, I'd be able to tell you.

Just wanted to let everyone know that  JRox's DRL bypass works like a charm and is very easy to install.

I have angel eyes without HID's and really wanted to be able to drive around without my low beams on. I ordered my drl bypass kit yesterday and it was in my mail today! We are both in NJ...so that's why so fast.

Anyways, I just wanted to let you all know that if your interested in his item, it's great!

I just need some help on installing it with out HID's

^There's really not much to do. I will refer to the NAMES of the plugs found in my instructions: http://projectlancer.info/Howtos/DLRInstructions.pdf

For HID's, Male 9006 (Driver) & Male 9006 (Passenger) are originally plugged into the female Ballast plug. For STOCK Bulbs, Male 9006 (Driver) & Male 9006 (Passenger) are plugged into the female STOCK bulb plugs. This is the only change. Very simple.

Question, if I were to order an HID kit, it comes with a Relay Harness, wouldn't that be the same as the harness you have here?
I was looking at it, and they are almost identical.

For example, K Nguyen's kit above has a relay harness, wouldn't that allow him to bypass his DRL's already?

I'm pretty sure a HID kit w/harness still does not have the DRL Bypass section which is needed. Now perhaps you could incorporate the DRL Bypass, so you don't have to buy 2 harness's. But i'm pretty sure you still need the section to disable the DRL's which is not included in a HID kit.

the relay harness just lets ur lights stay on 24/7 without flickers.. the relay harness / drl bypass .. bypasses the DRL.. lol
