I've had zero problems, but I'll still go to the dealer and have him fix that. Any time I can get something replaced for free I do it.
Consequence: THIS MAY TEMPORARILY INCREASE THE STOPPING DISTANCE OF THE VEHICLE AND THEREFORE INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH.Sounds kind of.......serious
It could be, but it also says: UNDER CERTAIN DRIVING CONDITIONS (VERY SLOW VEHICLE MANEUVERS), THERE MAY BE INSUFFICIENT INITIAL BRAKING ASSIST. So more than likely it would only happen at low speed, and hopefully you could avoid a crash in such a situation.I'd still advise everyone to inquire with their dealership about it and get it fixed since it will be free.
