Rockford Fosgate System
« on: January 25, 2009, 10:31:25 PM »
If any of you have the base Ralliart and try to upgrade it with the Rockford Fosgate System- you can't.

Like if someone is selling their rockford system, you cant install the amp because theres no wire harness for the amp under the seat but you can see clearly that the sub for the back is pre wired (that got my hopes up).

I've tried it. When I went to the RRM meet, they were selling the amp and sub for a VERY reasonable price and we tried to test it out before i bought it, but we couldnt find the wire harness for the amp under the drivers seat! we even took off the seat to try and feel under the carpet and even took the side panels off to look for it but nothing!  >:( I was very sad! haha i would've bought it.

Just a Heads Up to ALL Ralliart owners!  ;D

PS: you cant buy the system from the dealer also- tried it  :-\

I would think you could get the wiring harness somehow and as long as you can connect it to the stock head unit you'd be good.

Are you going to get a new head unit Nam?  The stock 140 watt head unit probably doesn't have the connections for an amp, but I'm not sure.

for now i'm really hoping my car has the harness for it but if it doesn't then no point in buying the rockford cuz the i don't want an aftermarket hooked up to it cuz it doesn't look clean inside especially that gap with the double din.
