For those owners who are having problems with their car not starting up in cold or warm weather, here is the solution.

The TSB can be found under:
"Electrical NO Start in Extreme Cold and or Multiple DTCs"

TSB-07-13-099: Possible no start
(DTCs P0657, P1590, PU201, P0206)

Notes:

The customer may complain of a no start condition, however the dealer may find it hard to recreate.
The condition is caused by condensation freezing inside the relay; rendering it inoperative.

Fix:
Replace 4 relays with a modified type.

So, if you guys are having problems with your car not starting; take it in to your dealership and you should be covered under warranty.

yup teu I took mines in and they replaced the realys. so far no problems yet

i have a particular problem with mines...

it's not that it happens once, n i can make it work the second time.. but with mines it takes.. 5.. 6.. even 7 tries... i know this isn't normal..

i have had my car ever since july 07... should i take it in?

Could be. I've always heard complaints about the 08 and it's variety or startup problems knowing it's a new car; something you shouldn't be having.

I have start up problems sometimes too. I heard it was because of a frequency connection between the key and the car since we have that theft prevention thing. Not sure if its true but once I read it i stopped worrying about it.

Correction of this rumor would be appreciated.
