I would choose the mustang just because of the background of the vehicle and aftermarket parts available for those things are immense .

If you are dead set on either the Mustang or Camaro, I say get the Camaro... then take out the LS1 and throw it in a Miata.

Go with the GT, it looks better. The Camero looks like a chick car to me...

just read op lives in illinois, for a DD that will be horrid in winter unless you plan on buying a winter beater with 4wd

I agree, these cars are not great in the snow and Illinois winter are not fun. last year 26" of snow in one day enough said
